Customer Service - Full Time

Experience

· Assisting Customers in a similar customer service based role.

· Customer service experience would be a benefit but not essential.

Training will be provided.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Answer customer calls and emails professionally, efficiently and accurately – drive positive customer interactions & outcomes

· Handling Orders – Manage a centralized inbox for all incoming customer purchase orders,

· Resolving Problems with orders and work with the customer and sales advisor to give a good customer experience

· Keeping Customers Updated on orders

· Aftersales follow up

· Collate documentation for consolidated invoices and month end reports

· Record and complete paperwork, such as customer complaints

· Provide potential leads from customer contact to the sales team for follow-up

· Provide support to the sales teams as required

· Handling Customer Complaints

· Gathering Feedback

· Addressing Customer Reviews.

· Recording customer reviews

· Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments where require

· Working close with the dispatch office and contacting customer to rearrange fittings etc when required

· Arranging returns and credits with suppliers for faulty goods, incorrect orders etc

· Following up on receiving credits from suppliers.

 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

 

Pay: From €28,000.00 per year
