We offer a nationwide delivery service on all items excluding carpet and vinyl rolls. We use an external courier company for all our nationwide deliveries. Delivery charges currently range from €19 – €69 depending on the item/items ordered. Any additional item added to your order will incur a €19 delivery surcharge (delivery charges are calculated at the checkout). After placing your order you will be sent a full invoice via email with an estimated delivery date outlined in it.

Once your order is in stock your delivery will be made within 5-10 working days. If on the rare occasion your order is not in stock, we will contact you ASAP and let you know how long you may be waiting for it to arrive into our warehouse (generally this can be between 2-4 weeks). You will be contacted by the delivery driver one hour prior to your delivery. If you require your delivery to be made on a specific date please add this to your shipping notes and we will make our best efforts to accommodate this for you.
For all Dublin deliveries we use our own delivery team. Our delivery team will deliver to the door of your premises. If requested, our delivery team will place items inside your premises. If our delivery team feels that there is an access issue, a waiver will need to be signed by the customer before the delivery team can proceed. They will not remove doors or windows. Road access to the delivery address must be suitable and adequate for the delivery vehicle so that unloading can be carried out conveniently without obstruction or damage. All doorways, hallways, elevators, and points of access in your property must be measured by the customer to ensure that they are adequate for the size of the goods being delivered. If our delivery team is unable to successfully deliver products due to access issues, this will lead to a redelivery fee being charged to the customer. Des Kelly Interiors offers delivery service on all items. All home deliveries will incur a delivery charge.
Please note a specific time cannot be provided for deliveries, however, on the day of your scheduled delivery, our driver will contact you before 9:30 am to let you know a timeframe. Our driver will try to accommodate all customers where possible
