Refund policy

If you are unhappy with a product or products you have received, (in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022) you will have 14 days to inform us of your intention to return the product from the day of its delivery, and an additional 14 days to return the product or products. However, if you wish to return an item to ourselves we ask that they are returned in their original packaging and are in perfect condition. Please note you will be responsible for any carriage costs incurred in the returning of goods.

Refunds shall be given on receipt of the said goods once checked. We do NOT exchange mattresses that have been opened from their packaging. This is due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Damages and issues

In compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022, if you have received a defective, or damaged product, you should contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we find the issue to pre-exist your purchase of the product, we will be able to provide a full refund, or a repair/replacement where possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Custom-Made & Personalised Items

Please note that items which are custom-made or personalised are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. This policy is in accordance with EU and Irish consumer protection laws, which exclude bespoke items from the standard 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before placing a custom order.
